Las Vegas Review-Journal An off-duty Las Vegas police officer killed himself in a casino parking garage Friday night. Metro officer Harold Byron Twigg, 44, shot himself about 11 p.m. in the parking garage of the Fiesta Rancho Casino in North Las Vegas, according to authorities.
