Coroner IDs man fatally shot near downtown Las Vegas
Las Vegas Sun A man was shot dead near downtown Las Vegas this afternoon. Metro Police Lt. Michael Wallace said the man was shot on New York Avenue just east of Industrial Road about 2 p.m. When officers arrived, two good Samaritans were tending to his wounds.
